| BENDING:
CNC cable bending is available at negligible cost over straight assemblies.
Our three CNC coax cable benders are
capable of bending the following diameter cables: 0.047", 0.086",
0.118", 0.141", and 0.250". Virtually any bend radius
is possible without a long lead or a tooling charge since we machine
all our own mandrels. In order to meet our customer commitments, bending
is currently available only as part of the complete manufacture of
finished cable assemblies. |

TESTING:
RF COAX INC. is constantly experimenting with alternate connectors
and cable for applications up to 40, 50, and 65 GHz. We strive to

and assembly techniques to provide the greatest value and selection
in RF cables. Whether you specify the complete and time tested line
of Anritsu connectors, or prefer a lower cost alternative, RF COAX
offers a proven mix of components and assembly techniques that allow

| CABLE
MARKING: RF COAX offers two options for cable marking. |
| Heat
Shrink Labels: Standard
heat shrink labels are "Military" type black polyolefin
tubing conforming to SAE-AMS-23053/5
and thermally imprinted with
indelible white poly resin lettering. White and yellow labels are
also offered with either white or black print. All labels comply with
SAE-AMS-23053/5 |

Self-Laminating
Labels: These Brady B-361B type labels (pictured below) are
made of a chemical resistant polyester material and feature an aggressive
adhesive. There is a small imprint area and a clear tail that wraps
around the printed area and protects the lettering. Laser imprinting
allows for the finest resolution print and thus the most information
possible than on any label of similar size.
