Testing up to 65 GHz with TWO V-Band VNAs

Testing 40 MHz to 65 GHz is performed using our Anritsu models 37397A and 37397C Vector Network Analyzers, both 40 MHz to 65 GHz, and both with high-speed time domain to accommodate phase matching.

Testing from 1 MHz

For your special requirements we offer swept frequency testing to as low 1 MHz and in both 50 and 75 Ohms made possible with our Wiltron 5409A, Scalar Measurement System (most VNAs bottom at 22.5 or 40 MHz, and most scalar systems bottom at 10 MHz). We have you covered to 1 MHz.

Phase Matching

Optional phase testing is performed using any of our two state-of-the-art Anritsu "Lightening" 37000 series Vector Network Analyzers, equipped with high speed time domain.

CNC BendingThree CNC Benders Three benders on-hand means, "No Excuses" manufacturing. Our three identical Pines model 106 automatic tube benders are specially designed to produce accurate and precise bends in semi-rigid coax, from 0.047" to 0.250" diameter Up 32 bends per cable are possible. Drop-in cables for airborne applications our specialty.

Semi-Rigid Cable SawCut-Off Saw. Ask the competition what they use to cut fragile semi-rigid RF cables. A saw based on a sewing machine motor combined with a yardstick is usually the sorry answer. We offer a custom-built mission specific 4-inch pneumatically powered saw. Featuring hands free cutting and a built in 6-foot digital caliper. The 4.25 floppy provides an idea of the tiny scale. One serious machine!

Semi-Rigid Coaxial Cable Stripper

Two SR 1000's

Our Schleuniger SR 1000 Swiss-engineered cable strippers are the ideal compliment to our CNC benders. Developed exclusively for semi-rigid cable end-prep; there is positively nothing better available anywhere on the market, or at any price!. The key to precision assembly and phase matching.

The SR 1000 "machines" off the outer conductor and simultaneously points the center conductor as needed. We also buy pre-owned machines.

RF Cables are DVW tested

Automatic Dielectric Withstanding Voltage Testing.

Our Associated Research Model 3500s are readily programmable via the front panel.

All RF Cables are tested!

Preconditioning

Preconditioning is done in strict accordance with MIL-C-17G section 6.6.

Our Tenny T2RC Environmental Test Chamber is capable of simulating a wide range of temperature and humidity conditions from -75 to +200 deg. C and from 20% to 98% R.H.

A truly modern chamber complete with humidity water recovery for unattended continuous operation, and PC data communications software for ease of operation and data logging.

Preconditioning

For more rapid cooling our Ransco Dispatch chamber is cooled by the injection and evaporation of LN2 liquefied nitrogen gas. It may also be used in combination with our Tenny T2RC chamber when thermal shock testing is required.
