| DESIGN ENGINEER,

| RF COAX INC.,
a Northern California manufacturer of high-end RF Cable assemblies
is looking to expand it's product base. An engineer having experience
in RF connector design is sought to add connector design capability,
and connector sales to the company's present assembly and test capacity.
The position involves the design and development of cable-end RF
connectors, and also panel adapters all operating in the 18 to 75
GHz range. The Engineer will also interface with key suppliers in
the procurement of component parts, as well as providing daily manufacturing
support, and technical sales support. Requirements include a BSEE
or BSME, and 2 or more years of direct experience in RF connector
design including the related machining, and plating processes. Familiarity
with transmission line theory, and microwave test equipment is also
required. |

ASSEMBLER

| A qualified
Assembler shall be capable of performing bench-top assembly, test,
inspection, and order processing operations relating to the manufacture
of RF Cable Assemblies. This position involves the skilled use of
basic hand tools, microscope, soldering iron, and bench-top wire
prep machinery. Required also is the ability read, write, and speak
English, an ability to follow detailed written and verbal work instructions,
computer literacy, and basic office skills. This factory-based,
day shift position is located in Hollister, CA and requires no travel. |

BENEFITS

| All employees
who work on a full-time basis (at least 30 hours per week) are eligible
to participate in our benefits plan on the first of the month following
just 30 days of active service. The insurance options include: |
| Medical
Coverage: PPO group medical coverage. The company pays 100%
of the employee premium, and 25% of any additional premium for dependent
coverage. The balance of cost if any the Employee may pay each pay
period with pretax contributions. |
| Dental Coverage:
PPO dental coverage is provided. The company pays the full premium.
In most areas, employees can use the Preferred Providers Organization
(PPO) network of dentists and save money. Family coverage is available. |
| Group Term
Life and AD&D Plan: The company pays the full premium for
the employee. |
| Paid
Time Off: Employees receive two weeks of vacation time per year
worked, accrued biweekly, three weeks after five years, and four
weeks after ten years. In addition, full-time employees receive
seven paid holidays per year. |
