ORDERS OUR POLICY 1)
SHIPPING: Buyer pays for shipping from Hollister, CA, U.S.A. We offer Airborne
Express, Fed-Ex, and suscribe to scheduled daily UPS pick-ups. Shipping charges
are generally prepaid by RF COAX and added to the invoice without mark-up, however
we are also pleased to ship using Buyer's account. Insurance if desired is Buyer's
responsibility. 2)
PAYMENT: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Electronic Check, Money Order, or
Wire Transfer. Corporate orders may be billed with net 30 days terms subject to
credit approval. 3)
SALES TAX: We charge 7.25% sales tax on orders shipped to CA unless a resale certificate
is presented or on file. We do not collect sales tax on items shipped out of state.
Where applicable, you should pay sales taxes directly to your state or locality. 4)
CANCELLATION:
After receipt of your order,
RF COAX INC. will typically special order parts and/or conduct NRE or value added
operations the cost of which may be irrecoverable except through fulfillment of
your build-to-order P.O. Any purchase order placed for build-to-order cable assemblies
shall be considered non-cancellable except as follows: At the sole determination
of RF COAX, cancellation may be permitted if for example materials purchased or
work performed for the subject order can be reasonably expected to fulfill other
near-term orders. In this case, a minimum 15% order cancellation fee will apply.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
WELCOMED OUR POLICY
1)
SHIPPING: We prefer UPS Express or BAX Global and are a Validated Known Shipper
in accordance with recent FAA guidelines. We can also ship Fed-Ex, and DHL. We
are happy to use your account if provided. Insurance if desired is the Buyer's
responsibility. Delivery is "FCA Seller's address", Incoterms 2000;
duty and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. 2)
PAYMENT: We generally prefer payment by wire transfer for our international shipments.
Upon receipt of your PO, our bank account number, ABA routing number, swift code,
and bank name will be faxed to you. 3)
